主要研究内容:
刘艺锦博士长期从事有关具有催化功能的特殊RNA分子—核酶(ribozyme) 的分子结构、催化机理以及小核酸药物设计工作。其他研究方向包括荧光小分子在研究RNA分子的示踪折叠过程中的应用,具有重要意义的核酸酶的结构以及催化机理。研究手法包括结构生物学(晶体学、冷冻电镜)、化学生物学、单分子荧光及细胞生物学等相关技术。
