教师简介
 南开大学药学院和药物化学生物学国家重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。分别于2007和2012年获得中国科技大学的学士和博士学位,师从刘世勇教授。随后于2012至2015年在日本东京大学和RIKEN的Takuzo Aida教授课题组进行博士后研究。2015年3月回国加入南开大学后,组建独立研究团队致力于生物分析和疾病可视化诊疗领域的研究。在生物分析方面,力图设计制备全新的光学探针工具以实现对细胞内复杂生化过程的探测或者生物活性分子的动态测量;在疾病可视化诊疗方面,主要聚焦在制备疾病微环境响应的高分子纳米药物以提升疾病治疗的精准性和个性化。而我们长远的的目标是开发具备完整智力的纳米药物,通过精确的化学设计和纳米技术赋予其“自我调制”的能力,能对自身探测的微环境变化做出快速响应并采取合理的行动,最终摆脱人工干预实现自我调制。至今已在JACS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater.等学术期刊上发表论文22篇,其中以独立通讯作者身份发表2篇JACS,论文共被他引1000余次,个人H因子为19。曾荣获教育部学术新人奖、中科院优秀博士学位论文奖和中科院院长特别奖等。
