教师简介:
1997年本科毕业于山东师范大学化学系,;2000年硕士毕业于中科院上海应用物理研究所;2007年博士毕业于清华大学生物系。2007.7进入南开大学药学院工作,从事糖生物学(主要为蛋白O-GlcNAc修饰)研究。先后围绕糖基转移酶检测方法与底物特异性、O-GlcNAc修饰与泛素化修饰关系、肿瘤细胞中O-GlcNAc修饰变化进行了深入研究。目前科研内容包括:(1)OGT亚型底物特异性研究;(2) O-GlcNAc修饰对重要功能蛋白的影响;(3)O-GlcNAc修饰相关酶抑制剂筛选;(4)O-GlcNAc修饰与代谢疾病。
