教师简介：

鲁照永研究员于2013年6月毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所，获得理学博士学位，先后师从翟宏斌研究员和李昂研究员，2014年1月起在莱斯大学（Rice University）K.C. Nicolaou教授课题组进行博士后研究，2018年9月加入南开大学药物化学生物学国家重点实验室和药学院。

鲁照永研究员一直致力于具有重要生物活性的天然产物全合成研究，先后完成了虎皮楠生物碱daphenylline、具有极强抗癌活性的共轭烯二炔类天然产物shishijimicin A和namenamicin、以及抑制肿瘤细胞迁移的天然产物fusarisetin A等的首次全合成。共在Nature Chem.，J. Am. Chem. Soc.等国际知名杂志上发表学术论文7篇，申请国际专利3项，获批1项。

主要研究内容：

1. 对具有重要生物活性（尤其是具有抗癌活性）的天然产物进行全合成研究，并对基于理性设计的天然产物类似物进行合成，发展可应用于抗体药物偶联体（antibody drug conjugates，ADCs）的细胞毒素分子。

2. 基于新的合成方法和合成策略，实现结构复杂的天然产物高效全合成。
