学科方向:生物化学、药剂学、生物化工

研究方向:陈瑶课题组长期致力于发展生物大分子固定化平台、新型生物医药材料及相关应用转化(如新型制剂及生物催化等),并对其生物安全性和相关分子机理进行了深入探讨。主要研究内容:

1.创制晶态生物医药材料用于新型生物制剂和酶制剂的开发(生物催化、制剂、药物递送等)

2.开发基于生物分子和新型多孔材料的高性能新型分离介质,用于天然产物、手性药物等的高效分离和制备

3.   基于对蛋白、多肽等生物分子结构和功能的深入解析,进行新型药物及剂型的开发

4.   面向生物医药、能源等领域,开发新的仿生以及生物催化体系

导师简介:陈瑶,南开大学药物化学生物学国家重点实验室、药学院研究员,博士生导师。 2009 年于南京工业大学获微生物学硕士学位,2014 年获美国南佛罗利达大学化学博士学位, 2014 -2016 年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校,从事博士后研究工作。2016 年加入南开大学,创建独立课题组。先后承担多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题和企业合作/委托项目。已发表论文50余篇及英文专著1部,其中以第一或通讯作者在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.IF14.3574篇),Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.IF12.2572篇),Adv. Mater. IF25.809),Chem. Soc. Rev. IF: 40.443),Coord. Chem. Rev.IF13.476),ACS Central. Sci.IF12.837, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.IF8.456),J. Med. Chem. IF6.054), Chem. Commun.IF6.164)等高水平学术期刊发表论文29篇(近三年以通讯作者发表19篇,篇均影响因子>10)。论文被超过56个国家的同行他引超过1700次,两篇论文入选ESI高被引。申请中国专利15件和PCT2件、授权美国专利1件;任中国化工学会生物化工青委会委员和中国生物医学工程学会(纳米分会)青年委员,获得国家优秀自费留学生奖以及美国南佛罗里达大学圣芭芭拉化学奖。担任J. Am. Chem. Soc.Nat. Commun.Adv. Mater.Chem等多种学术期刊长期审稿人,国家自然科学基金通讯评议专家。
