学科方向:生物化学,药物化学,药剂学,材料化学

研究方向:陈瑶课题组长期致力于发展新型生物医药材料及相关应用(如药物分离分析、新型制剂以及生物催化等领域),并对其生物安全性和相关机理进行了深入探讨。主要研究内容:

1.开发新型生物医药材料用于生物制剂新剂型的开发,药物递送和疾病治疗;

2.开发基于生物分子和新型多孔材料的高性能新型分离介质,用于天然产物、手性药物等的分离和制备;

3. 基于对蛋白、多肽等生物分子结构和功能的理解和分析,进行新型药物、剂型的开发。

4. 面向生物医药、能源等领域,开发新的仿生以及生物催化体系;

教师简介:陈瑶,南开大学药物化学生物学国家重点实验室、药学院研究员,博士生导师。 2009 年于南京工业大学获微生物学硕士学位2014 年获美国南佛罗利达大学化学博士学位, 2014 -2016 年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校,从事博士后研究工作。2016 年加入南开大学,创建独立课题组。已发表SCI论文40余篇及英文专著1部,其中以第一或通讯作者在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.(IF:14.357),Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(IF:12.102),Adv. Mater. (IF:22.950) ,Coord. Chem. Rev.(IF:14.499), ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.(IF:8.097), Chem. Commun.(IF:6.290)等高水平学术期刊发表论文20篇。论文被超过56个国家的同行引用超过1500次,两篇论文入选Web of Science高被引论文。一项美国专利获授权。获得国家优秀自费留学生奖学金以及美国南佛罗里达大学圣芭芭拉化学奖。近三年来以通讯作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Adv. Mater.,Coord. Chem. Rev.等国际著名期刊发表论文10余篇,累计影响因子大于90,已申请中国专利5项和PCT专利2项。
