研究方向:陈瑶课题组长期致力于发展生物大分子固定化平台、新型生物医药材料及相关应用转化(如生物药、新型制剂及生物催化等),并对其生物安全性和相关机制进行深入探讨。主要研究内容:

1.新型生物制剂、酶制剂和生物医药材料的开发(生物药、生物催化、制剂、药物递送等)

2.开发基于生物分子和新型多孔材料的高性能新型分离介质,用于天然产物、手性药物等的高效分离和制备;

3. 基于对蛋白、多肽等生物分子结构和功能的深入解析,进行新型药物及剂型的开发。

4. 面向生物医药、能源等领域,开发新的仿生以及生物催化体系;

导师简介:陈瑶,南开大学药物化学生物学国家重点实验室、药学院教授,博士生导师、国家优青。 2009 年于南京工业大学获硕士学位,2014 年获美国南佛罗里达大学博士学位, 2014 -2016 年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校,从事博士后研究工作。2016 年加入南开大学,创建独立课题组。主持多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目课题和企业合作/委托项目。已发表论文100篇及中英文专著2部,近年以第一/通讯作者在包括Nat Protoc、Nat. Rev. Chem.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Chem,Adv. Sci.、Adv. Mater.,Chem. Soc. Rev.,ACS Central. Sci., ACS Catal、Adv Healthc Mater,J. Med. Chem.等领域顶刊发表论文46篇(论文篇均影响因子>10),他引超过5600次,10篇论文入选ESI高被引。授权或申请中国发明专利37件、PCT2件、美国发明专利3件;任中国化工学会理事、中国化工学会女科委首届委员、中国生物医药技术协会生物制药技术分会委员、天津市化工学会理事等;任CCL、Particuology、Biodesign Research Engineering in Life Sciences等期刊编委,长期任Nat Catal、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Chem等学术期刊审稿人,国家自然科学基金委、教育部、科技部通讯评议专家和欧洲研究理事会评审专家。入选天津市高层次人才计划,并获得国家优秀青年科学基金。
