教师简介:

杨光,副研究员,2006年在天津大学应用化学专业获得本科学位,2009年硕士毕业于天津大学药学院药物化学专业。同年10月前往英国格拉斯哥大学(University of Glasgow)化学系攻读博士学位。导师是英国爱丁堡皇家科学院院士(FRSE),化学院院长Prof. J. Stephen Clark20136月获得有机化学博士学位(Ph.D)。然后前往英国诺丁汉大学(University of Nottingham)化学系,合作导师是Dr. Robert StockmanProf. Christopher Moody,进行药物化学的博士后训练。期间加入了欧洲药物化学联合发展项目(European IMI),与新药研发企业(Sygnature Discovery)合作,进行新颖母核的合成探索,化合物库的制备与高通量筛选工作,服务于创新药物研发。2014年回到南开大学,进入药学院,药物化学生物学国家重点实验室,从事复杂天然产物的全合成及其相关药物化学工作。20167月加盟药学院,从事药物化学,化学生物学研究工作,获得多项国家自然科学基金,国际合作重大专项,国家新药创制重大专项的支持。近5年内发表SCI文章40余篇,授权专利20余项。已经发现多个候选药物分子并开展临床实验。

项目组主要研究方向有:

1)基于结构与构象优化策略,针对重要靶点开展高活性的分子设计、合成、筛选与评价的研究。

2)天然产物的全合成与半合成结构改造,发现具有重要生物活性(癌症干细胞,免疫调控,代谢调控等)的先导化合物。

3)小分子活性探针的设计与合成,应用于先导化合物的成药靶点探索与分子机制的确认。

4)靶向蛋白水解嵌合体(PROTAC)技术的开发及其机制的研究。

5)手性药物合成方法学与药物分子合成工艺的开发与优化。

6)候选药物分子的发现与创新药物分子的临床前开发。

项目组招收“药物化学”和“微生物与生化药学”专业的学生。
