教师简介

现从事的研究以罕见病(TSC)为模型,研究肿瘤脂代谢异常与致病机制关系,及疾病标志物的筛选(Biomarker)。已鉴定出在TSC疾病中,前列腺素合成通路的异常激活,建立在临床前动物模型,使用特异的分子抑制剂在体内及体外实验中观察到特异的抗肿瘤生长作用。该发现发表在2014年JEM杂志上,已开始对该分子抑制剂的临床试验。后续研究鉴定出前列腺素通路中,与肿瘤生长、转移相关的特异受体。通过改变与受体的特异性结合,影响肿瘤细胞生长相关的信号变化,高选择性调节肿瘤细胞的生长,对正常细胞没有显著影响。

4年博士科研经历,5年国外博士后研究背景,期间共发表24篇文章,其中10篇第一或共同第一作者文章,独立申请并承担2项课题(美国)。参与3项专利的研发及申请。参加多次国际会议(Invited Speaker and Poster)。作为Apoptosis, Biomarker Research, Cancer Informatics, Genetics & Epigenetics, Journal of Hematology & Oncology, Journal of Translational Medicine, Libertas Academica, Molecular Biology Reports, Oncotarget, PLOS ONE, Tumor Biology, Spandidos Publications等杂志评审。

积累丰富的科研经验,掌握多种分子生物学,细胞生物学,动物模型建立与生理指标检测相关技术和方法。有丰富的动物疾病模型研究经验,本科和硕士共7年医学背景。具有一定的课题申请经验,可独立进行课题设计,结果分析、总结,文章写作与发表。多次参加相关领域国际会议,了解并熟悉相关研究领域、方向进展情况,以及相关领域新技术、新方法。新设备的发展与应用。

与多个国外知名实验室(课题组)建立良好、长期合作关系,善于整合资源与其他课题组建立合作关系。熟知临床样本库的建立及使用。现所在国外科研单位导师及合作课题组负责人支持并意愿与回国后所在国内科研单位建立长期合作关系。较丰富指导研究人员经验(已指导多名国内访问学者及2名美国大学毕业生科研训练。)
