研究方向:生物化学、分子生物学和生物物理。利用单分子生物物理技术,譬如磁镊和激光镊,对生物大分子,譬如核酸和蛋白,进行实时探测和力学分析,发现大分子相互作用的动态事件,设计药物进行干预。

教师简介

南开大学药学院,药物化学生物学国家重点实验室,特聘研究员。

从事单分子生物物理研究,关注白血病的分子病理生理,尤其是MLL基因易位的机理、MLL蛋白超级复合体内部相互作用网络、以及MLL蛋白对下游基因的转录调控,譬如,HOXA9。使用的技术主要是单分子激光镊和磁镊,致力于研发新的单分子仪器平台,用于疾病分子机理研究与新药设计和筛选。在国际学术刊物和专著发表论文19篇,出版专著1部,申请专利1项。

本课题组开放自由,专注于成员个人发展,欢迎有兴趣的同学加入。希望申请者开朗活泼,对科学问题具有天然的好奇心,并且有较好的数理化基础,或者生物化学和分子生物学背景,或者生物物理知识,或者熟悉LabView和MatLab编程环境。
