特聘研究员。入选国家青年千人计划与天津市青年千人计划。2013年从新加坡国立大学获得博士学位,2013年至2015年在新加坡基因组研究院从事博士后工作。

主要研究内容:

重点从事功能基因组学、干细胞生物学、衰老以及相关领域的科学研究。致力于利用功能基因组学的方法来研究基因表达调控并最终使其应用于再生医学、疾病治疗与药物研发。研究内容包括胚胎干细胞中的功能基因组学(如转座因子的功能等),RNA及其结合蛋白(如非编码RNA,剪接因子等)对基因表达的调控,衰老及衰老相关疾病的干细胞模型建立及其基因表达调控的分子机制研究等。曾在Nature Cell Biology, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, Nature, Cell Stem Cell, Nature Genetics等杂志发表文章。
