主要研究内容:

由于个体病人之间存在差异,针对不同患者群体的治疗方案可实现最佳的治疗效果,谓之个性化治疗。原位实时的探测药物的释放并评估其早期疗效,可有助于及时调整治疗方案,而利用影像进行指导治疗,可预防偏多或是偏少的药物剂量。我们课题组近期的研究目标是融合光学影像,智能高分子和纳米技术开发下一代光学影像辅助的诊疗一体化纳米药物,能够实时原位动态监控药物治疗的过程,根据纳米药物反馈的信号及时进行人工干预,实现个体化治疗和最佳之疗效。而我们长远的的目标是开发具备完整智力的纳米药物,通过化学设计和纳米技术赋予其“自我调制”的能力,能对自身探测的微环境变化做出快速响应并采取合理的行动,最终摆脱人工干预实现自我调制。我们特别欢迎具有科研热情和想象力的本科生,研究生以及博士后加入我们的团队!
